About The Walk

Through this immersive experience, you will develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world, and will emerge feeling more grounded, centered, and at peace. Slowing down is an essential part of connecting with nature and cultivating a deep sense of well-being. Our guided forest walks are designed to help you do just that and to remember to breathe deeply, and tune in to the rhythms of the natural world.
Wyld Walks are curated by certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, Holly Jo, and are carefully crafted to engage all your senses and provide a range of benefits for your overall wellbeing. By tuning into the sounds, smells, textures, and sights of nature, you can experience a deeper sense of calm, rejuvenation, and connection.
